Amy Stott is the co owner of Mamachari Kombucha, which she runs alongside her brother. Her leadership and connection to her Korean and Japanese heritage have helped shape the brand’s identity and hands on approach, contributing to Mamachari’s continued growth and local impact.

Dangerous Pretzel Co. was founded by Lindsay and Drew Sparks, a married couple who left careers in tech to build something more hands on and community focused. With no formal restaurant background, they brought a fresh perspective to food, learning as they went and intentionally reimagining what a pretzel shop could be.
